Tips on Positive ThinkingTips on positive thinking are needed because thinking positive all the time is not as easy as it sounds. Not even for someone who is spiritually healthy. And if you are suffering from Black Magic/Voodoo or Possession, it can feel downright impossible. When everything is going wrong in my life, how can I think positively? I know this thought pattern like the back of my hand. Usually, when something we see as negative happens, our brains and emotions react instantly. "Why did this happen to me?" "What else can go wrong?" "My life is awful." All these are typical negative thinking thought patterns that may happen when something negative happens in our lives. But this is the type of negative thinking that you must negate. You must not allow yourself to have these negative defeatist thoughts. And the healing from these types of spiritual problems will take huge efforts to attempt to change your thought patterns. In fact, it is the major aspect of the healing process. So the choice is yours. In order to mentally survive life if you are having spiritual problems, it is crucial to remain positive. It can be the only thing that may save your life. Here I have included tips on positive thinking that have helped me. 1) You must believe in yourself. You must believe that you CAN think positive and that you do have the power to change your thinking. You must tell yourself that you can and are willing to. It is a decision that you must make. Only you can make the decision to change and heal. Nobody can force you. One of the only things we are really in control of in our lives, are our thoughts. So use your power. 2) Understand your thoughts. In order to learn how to have positive thinking, it is important to understand the basis of our negative thoughts. The Mayo Clinic, has defined our negative thoughts as being one of four kinds, typically. When you have a negative thought, try to see which kind it is you are having.
If you are having spiritual problems like Black Magic/Voodoo or Possession, then it is possible that these four types of negative thinking are running your life, and it may seem like there is not way out. But there is. Stick to these tips on positive thinking. What you resist, persists. Therefore, trying NOT to have negative thinking will not result in more positive thinking. Instead, try to ask yourself a question. "What part of this situation can I see the good in?" Another is "How can I use this negative situation to my advantage?" Or "What assumption am I making here, that I can counter?" Using these methods can really help to prevent a negative spiral downward, and you want to try to prevent as much and as often as you can, from falling into that spiral downward. 3) Visualize. In normal circumstances, visualization is a great and powerful tool and is often included in tips on positive thinking. If you are a victim of spiritual problems, then it may not be as effective in bringing you what you want. But, it is important, because then positive energies are drawn toward you, and using visualization can do that. So focus on yourself as being a positive, happy, healed person. Think of what you will be doing, how you will be feeling, and what your life would be like as a happy, healed person. Close your eyes and imagine it is happening now. Do this as often as you like. On some days, my attainable goal was just to get out of bed and make something to eat because I was so sick and fatigued. Setting goals that are too big will only disappoint you. So making small goals is one of the best tips on positive thinking as you can use you are going through this. 5) Prayer. Prayer is the best way I know to try to maintain a positive attitude. If you are a victim of black magic, then every aspect of your being is affected: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. On a spiritual person vibrations from the world and thoughts naturally effect our beings through a day. But for those who are victims of black magic, the negative energy around us is accumulated and is used against us. Prayer and connection to God has the ability to clear away all of the extra energetic debris throughout all space time and dimensions, as our spirit functions. It will also prolong your life. If you are being heavily attacked, it's importance cannot be emphasized enough. 6) Get help if you need it. Utilize the resources available to you to try to battle your mind. It is a matter of replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. 7) Release negative patterns and events from your life. If you can release the events that are plaguing your mind and emotions, you will naturally feel better and be able to have more positive thinking. Tips on positive thinking can only go so far. If there are instances and situations from your past haunting you, all these tips on positive thinking will not help so much if you have repressed memories or traumas. One of the greatest tips on positive thinking I can suggest to you is to learn EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It has been monumental to help me change my negative thinking. It helps you to process out negative emotions and past traumatic events. You can find many free videos on youtube and other places on the internet and you can learn it in 10 minutes for free. Try it before you judge it. You will see how powerful it is. 8) Be practical. If problems arise in your life, attempt to find practical ways to solve the problems and actively take steps to fix it. It is difficult, but try not to get caught up in the emotional aspects of the situation. Try not to limit yourself with more negative thoughts like "I don't have money." "I am too sick. "I am too depressed." People contact me to try to get help from their black magic problems but most will have an excuse as to why they can't really heal. Do not make excuses. Do not make excuses as to why you can't apply these tips on positive thinking, why you can't think positive, or why you can't do anything, for that matter. This is something the darkness can use. Be active and keep moving. Try to stay detached as much as you can from the emotions that arise when something negative happens. 9) Stay in the present. Although it is difficult, try to stay in the here and now. Stop yourself from worrying about the past or future. You can't change it, and most often the things we are worried or scared about will not happen. So let it go. Stay in the now, and take one issue at a time. Most of the things we fear are unfounded and irrational, and unlikely, so try to stay as much in the present moment as you can. 10) Fake it till you make it. Yes, this is one of those things that you need to pretend you have mastered in order to get it down. Do not get discouraged. Keep practicing. If your mind and thoughts are trying to convince you NOT to think positive or that you should not "lie to yourself", ignore them. Most likely, it is not you trying to prevent the positive changes, and do everything you can in order to change your thinking right away.
